Tamarind was built in 1991 and has superb views towards the Caribbean and the Atlantic. The house was completely renovated and extended in 2009 bringing it up to date with all modern amenities, but retaining it's traditional West Indian charm.
Facing south, overlooking the golf course, the house is situated in an acre of beautifully landscaped garden with mango, avocado, lime, coconut, breadfruit and tamarind trees.

The design of the house makes maximum use of local stone and wood combining a West Indian feel with every modern amenity. Wooden louvres and high ceilings throughout catch the cool Atlantic breeze and provide an overwhelming feeling of space. Even in the warmer summer months the house is cool.
The downstairs consists of a large open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen and three double bedrooms with walk in robes and en-suite shower rooms and nursery. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms all with either en-suite shower or bathrooms.
The three downstairs bedrooms each open on to the outside balcony providing separate and individual outdoor privacy, they are cooled by the wonderful Atlantic breezes and overhead fans. The four bedrooms upstairs, all benefit from air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms upstairs share a large balcony with breathtaking views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean. There is a small nursery which has a cot and single bed. Most of the bedrooms have cable TV and a radio/ipod docking system. All bedrooms are equipped with robes and hairdryers.
